摘要
目的探讨育子饮协定方联合克罗米芬治疗排卵障碍型不孕症的临床效果。方法选取2015年12月-2017年12月收治的排卵障碍型不孕症患者66例,根据其治疗方法分为对照组和观察组,每组33例。对照组给予克罗米芬治疗,观察组给予育子饮协定方联合克罗米芬治疗,观察两组患者治疗后临床疗效,治疗前后子宫容受性变化(成熟卵泡数量、子宫内膜厚度、子宫内膜类型)、性激素水平变化(FSH、LH、E_2、P含量)、不良反应(SAS、SDS评分)及排卵率、妊娠率。结果与对照组比较,观察组治疗后治愈及显效人数明显增加,总有效率(97%)升高,差异有统计学意义;与对照组比较,观察组成熟卵泡数明显增加,子宫内膜厚度明显增厚,A型患者人数明显增加,差异具有统计学意义;与对照组比较,观察组血清中FSH含量水平明显降低,E_2、P含量均明显升高,差异具有统计学意义,LH含量水平虽有降低,但差异无统计学意义;与对照组比较,观察组排卵率明显升高(64%),妊娠率明显升高(58%),SAS、SDS评分均明显降低,差异具有统计学意义。结论育子饮协定方联合克罗米芬治疗排卵障碍型不孕症患者临床效果显著,可有效促进卵泡发育和子宫内膜生长,改善患者体内性激素水平,提高排卵率和妊娠率,值得临床推广。
Objective To explore the clinical effects on ovulation-failure-induced infertility treated with yuzi decoction and clomiphene in the patients.Methods From December2015 to December2017,66 patients with ovulation-failure-induced infertility were collected.According to the therapeutic methods,they were divided into a control group and an observation group,33 cases in each one.In the control group,clomiphene was prescribed.In the observation group,the co-medication was used with yuzi decoction and clomiphene.The clinical effects after treatment,uterine receptivity(mature follicle count,endometrial thickness,endometrial type),sexual hormones(levels of FSH,LH,E2 and P),adverse reactions(SAS,SDS scores)after treatment,as well as ovulation rate and pregnancy rate were observed before and after treatment in the two groups.Results Compared with the control group,the curative and remarkably effective cases in the observation group increased obviously after treatment and the total effective rate(97%)increased,indicating the significant differences.The mature follicle counts,endometrial thickness and A-type cases increased,indicating the significant differences.Serum FSH reduced,E2 and P increased,indicating the significance.LH was reduced,but without statistical significance.The ovulation rate(64%)and pregnancy rate(58%)increased.SAS and SDS score reduced obviously,with statistical significance.Conclusion Yuzi decoction and clomiphene achieve the significant effects on ovulation-failure-induced infertility treated with in the patients.This treatment effectively promotes follicle development and endometrial growth,regulates sexual hormone levels and improves ovulation rate and pregnancy rate.Hence,this therapy deserves to be promoted in clinical practice.
