摘要
目的通过腹腔注射建立结肠癌血性腹水的动物模型,探究结肠癌血性腹水的生成机制。方法以BALB/c雌性小鼠为实验对象,通过腹腔注射鼠结肠癌CT26细胞株建立结肠癌血性腹水动物模型,观察小鼠不同时间腹水产生情况,并留取标本做组织病理学检查。结果小鼠出血性腹水率可达95%(19/20),腹水色暗红,质浑浊,成瘤率95%(19/20),腹水中可见肿瘤细胞。结论通过小鼠腹腔内接种鼠结肠癌CT26细胞株可成功建立结肠癌血性腹水动物模型。
Objective Research on mechanism of bloody ascites formation in colon cancer by establishing an animal model of bloody ascites in colon cancer by intraperitoneal injection.Methods BALB/c female mice were used as experimental subjects to establish an animal model of colonic blood ascites by intraperitoneal injection with CT26 cells.The ascites production in different time was observed and the specimens were taken for histopathological examination.Results The hemorrhagic ascites rate of mice is 95%(19/20),and the ascites appears with dark red and turbid.Tumor formation rate is 95%(19/20),and tumor cells can be seen in ascites.Conclusions The animal model of bloody ascites in colon cancer can be successfully established by intraperitoneal inoculation of CT26 cells in mice.
