摘要
超声波探伤技术是利用超声波的机械波特性进行探伤的,应用超声波的波动情况以及振动频率来检测被被测工件的缺陷,因其不具破坏性,被广泛应用于机械、冶金等部门,基此提出超声波探伤技术在金属内衬压力容器检测中的应用研究。通过对超声波探伤仪进行校准,应用校准后的探伤仪完成金属内衬压力容器的检测,确定压力容器的缺陷,从而完成其应用研究。通过实例分析得出,提出的应用具有较高的准确性。
Ultrasound flaw detection technology is based on the mechanical wave characteristics of ultrasound. It uses the fluctuation of ultrasound and vibration frequency to detect the defects of the workpiece under test. Because it is not destructive, it is widely used in machinery, metallurgy and other departments. Based on this, the application of ultrasonic flaw detection technology in the detection of metal lined pressure vessels is put forward. Through the calibration of the ultrasonic flaw detector, the metal lined pressure vessel is tested by the calibrated flaw detector, and the defects of the pressure vessel are determined, so as to complete its application research. Through the analysis of an example, it is concluded that the proposed application has high accuracy.
