摘要
文章利用显示超声波传输距离和波幅衰减关系的距离-波幅曲线,基于超声波焊点检测设备的二次开发以及传感器技术,开发车身涂胶无损检测应用。通过试验建立各种汽车车身涂胶样本的DAC曲线数据库,集成到涂胶无损检测软件上,对曲线拟合状态进行判断,实现汽车车身涂胶的无损检测。
In this paper,the ultrasonic transmission distance and amplitude attenuation relation,which is called Distance-Amplitude Curve,are used to develop the car body glue nondestructive testing application,based on the ultrasonic spot welding checkout equipment and sensor.Through experiment,the DAC curve database is established on car body glue samples and integrated into the glue non-destructive testing software.Car body glue quality can be tested without damage by curve matching.
