摘要
欧洲压水堆（ＥＰＲ）是目前世界上最具代表性的新一代核电堆型之一。文中介绍ＥＰＲ的产生和发展过程，简要概 述它的基本设计及德国西门子／ＫＷＵ公司对于ＥＰＲ开发经费的估算，论述ＥＰＲ在世界核电堆型中所具有的竞争性及 发展前景。
European pressurized water reactor (EPR)is currently one of the most typical new generation reactor types. The article introduces the course of emerge and development of EPR, briefly introduces its basic design and the EPR develop ment cost estimation made by German Siemens/KWU Corporation. and expounds the competitiveness and development prospect of EPR in the world nuclear power reactor types.
