颗粒大小及其形貌对化肥产品质量有着重要影响,传统的测定方法需要较长的测试时间和大量样品,并且其结果受到人为因素和颗粒形貌的影响。图像法粒度分析技术是测定颗粒大小和几何形状或形态-特征的最新方法,可以在一次测量中表征所有定义了的颗粒大小和形貌参数,将先进的粒度和形貌分析技术引入化肥工业的质量控制体系非常必要。详细介绍了比利时欧奇奥(Occhio)图像法粒度和形貌分析技术及其在化肥质量控制中的应用。
Particle size and its morphology have an important impact on the quality of chemical fertilizer products. Traditional determination methods require longer test time and large numbers of samples, and the results are affected by human factors and particle morphology. Imaging particle size analysis technology is the latest method for determining particle size and geometry or morphology, and can characterize all defined particle size and morphology parameters in a single measurement. Therefore, it is necessary to introduce advanced particle size and morphology analysis technology into the quality control system of the chemical fertilizer industry. The particle size and morphology analysis technology of the Occhio imaging method from Belgium and its application in chemical fertilizer quality control are introduced in detail.
