摘要
目的探讨咳嗽变异性哮喘(CVA)并发肺炎支原体(以下简称支原体,MP)感染小儿炎性因子的动态变化特点。方法选择本溪市中心医院2016—2018年收治的CVA患儿92例,依据是否伴发MP感染分为MP感染组(A组)31例和非MP感染组(B组)61例。观察治疗前(D0)、治疗1周后(D1)、治疗2周后(D2)、治疗3周后(D3)和治疗4周后(D4)的血清免疫球蛋白E(IgE)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、白介素-10(IL-10)、可溶性白介素-2受体(sIL-2R)动态变化规律。结果B组IL-10各时间点变化不明显,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);其余指标所在组内均呈逐渐下降趋势,组内比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。A组和B组IL-10在D3、D4时间点,及sIL-2R在D1、D2时间点差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);其余指标在不同时间点差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论CAV患儿体内炎性因子分泌存在一定程度异常,而伴发MP感染会加重炎性因子的异常分泌。
Objective To investigate the dynamic changes of inflammatory factors in children with cough variant asthma (CVA) complicated withMycoplasma pneumoniae (MP). Methods A total of 92 children with CVA admitted to our hospital from 2016 to 2018 were divided into MP infection group (group A, cases) and non-MP infection group (group B, cases). The dynamic changes of serum immunoglobulin E (IgE), tumor necrosis factor-alpha (TNF alpha), interleukin-10 (IL-10), soluble interleukin-2 receptor (sIL-2R) were observed before treatment (D0), one week after treatment (D1), two weeks after treatment (D2), three weeks after treatment (D3) and four weeks after treatment (D4). Results There was no signifcant change in IL-10 at each time point in group B (P>0.05);the other indicators in the intra-group showed a signifcantly gradual downward trend (P<0.05). There was no signifcant differences in IL-10 between the two groups at D3 and D4 time points, and sIL-2R at D1 and D2 time points (P>0.05);the other indicators had signifcant differences at different time points (P<0.05). Conclusion The secretion of in ammatory factors in children with CAV is abnormal to some extent, and MP infection may aggravate the abnormal secretion of in ammatory factors.
