基于ProCAST连接箱回油座工艺优化

摘要 使用有限元软件ProCAST对灰铸铁连接箱回油座熔模铸造过程进行了模拟,研究了浇注温度、浇注速度以及型壳预热温度三个参数对铸件缺陷的影响。结果表明,当铸造充型时间3.5 s时,在浇注过程中容易产生缺陷。通过优化熔模铸造工艺,获得的较优工艺参数为:浇注温度1397℃,浇注速度350 mm/s,预热温度1000℃。在这个工艺参数下,铸件缺陷得到消除,熔模铸造质量得到提高。 The investment casting process of gray cast iron connection box oil return seat was simulated by using finite element software ProCAST.The effects of pouring temperature,pouring speed and shell preheating temperature on casting defects were studied.The results show that when the filling time of investment casting is 3.5 s,the defects can be easily produced in the casting process.By optimizing the investment casting process,the optimum technological parameters are pouring temperature of 1397 ℃,casting speed of 350 mm/s and preheating temperature of 1000 ℃.Under this process parameter,the casting defects are eliminated and the investment casting quality is improved.
