摘要
分析了不锈钢多管接头熔模铸造工艺,针对在凝固过程中产生缩孔、缩松缺陷的原因,利用ProCAST对浇注过程进行分析,对铸件浇注位置、排气位置、工艺参数等进行改进,使铸件缺陷明显减少,提高了铸件成品率和表面质量。
Origination of the shrinkage porosities(holes)and other casting defects in stainless steel tube joint during casting process was analyzed,and optimization of gating system was carried out by the ProCAST software.Through optimizing the pouring position,exhausting position and processing parameters,the casting defects can be reduced greatly,improving casting surface quality and production efficiency.
