摘要
针对熔模铸造VE阀体壁厚变化较大的特点,以及其自身的热节和生产过程中新形成的物理热节、流动热节相互叠加,进而形成集中热节,产生缩孔、缩松缺陷的问题,借助ProCAST软件,在对原工艺方案模拟后,对其浇注系统进行优化。把浇注方式改为间歇性浇注,对补缩通道处的型壳部位增设保温棉,对涂料堆集处型壳进行局部喷水激冷等措施,实际生产表明可得到合格铸件。
Aiming at the characteristics of the rapid change of the wall thickness of investment casting VE valve body and each other overlap of self-hot spot,the new physical hot spot and flowing hot spot formed in the process of production,the concentrated hot spot was formed,resulting in shrinkage and porosity defects.With the help of ProCAST software,the gating system was optimized based on the initial design simulation.Through modifying pouring time for interval pouring,adding insulation cotton at shell position of feeding channel as well as water spraying quenching for shell mold with coating convergence,qualified VE valve body was manufactured sucessfully.
