摘要
阐述解决精密铸件孤立热节及型壳散热性差而导致的缩孔、缩松缺陷的工艺方法,采用型壳局部激冷处理、保温+型壳局部水淬处理、保温+局部喷水激冷处理、增加补缩筋、设置冒口补贴、改变浇冒口设计方式,改善散热条件,避免局部过热等工艺方法,保证补缩通道畅通,使温度场分布均匀,营造铸件顺序凝固条件,使其顺序凝固,可解决熔模铸件的缩孔、缩松倾向。
Processing measures were described of solving shrinkage porosities(holes)which were formed as a result of over-thermal of isolated hot spot and poor heat dissipation of mold shell in investment castings.Some measures were adopted to ensure smooth feeding channel and uniform temperature distribution to realize sequential solidification of filling process,such as partial mold shell chilling,insulation+partial mold shell water quenching,insulation+partial spraying water treatment,adding feeding rib,setting riser subsidiary,modifying pouring-riser design,improving heat dissipation condition and avoiding localized over-heat,successfully eliminating shrinkage porosities(holes)tendency.
