摘要
浇冒口的去除、收集、清理、回用是铸造厂面对的一项重要内容,其间浇冒口输送环节多、温度高、工人劳动强度大、成本高、作业环境差。介绍了某铸造项目采用的浇冒口自动输送系统工艺和装备,整个输送过程平稳、高效、自动化程度高、控制方式灵活、节能省电、定位准确、安全可靠、噪音小、无污染、维修方便。
The foundry factories have to face the removal, collection, cleaning and reuse of the ingate and riser. During the above process, there are many transporting links, high temperature, high labor intensity, high cost, and poor working environment. The process and equipment for automatic transporting system for ingate and riser for some foundry project have been introduced. The entire transporting process is smooth, efficient, highly automated, flexible in control, energy saving, accurate positioning, safe and reliable, low noise, no pollution, and easy maintenance.
