摘要
在全球技术差距不断收敛的情境下,仅依靠创新要素的物理堆集难以取得成功。在创新文化催化下,让创新要素迸发出最大活力并重新组合,有助于突破障碍、提升创新绩效。借助生物学的基因双螺旋结构,构建企业创新文化基因模型,分析其演化机理。其中,企业战略和知识管理构成双链,创新价值观是决定基因,制度创新是助力基因,自主创新是动力基因,创新成果是能力基因;最后,在此基础上提出模型应用思路。
Under the situation of the technology gap between countries and enterprises is continuously convergence.To have all the elements of innovation and piled up in the physical way,it not necessarily lead to successful innovation,but to lay in a unique innovation culture environment.In this paper,in a biological perspective to introduce the correlation theories of innovation culture and innovation culture gene,to design a theoretical model of enterprise innovation culture gene based on the double helix of biological gene,to analyze the elements,structure,evolution mechanism and application of this model.It's expecting for providing a new way to cultivate positive innovation culture,also offering a theoretical support for later quantitative evaluation research.
