摘要
近年来,虽然公安、检察、法院、司法等政法部门垂直信息系统应用取得可喜成就,但横向部门间信息孤岛的现象却愈发凸显。面对日益严重的案多人少矛盾,如何充分整合司法资源,实现办案效率最大化,提升政法部门信息化共享和智能管理水平,已经成为政法部门工作发展的重中之重。从贵州省政法机关在信息互联及共享平台建设过程中先行先试的实践经验着手,探讨构建信息共享平台的实现路径。
In recent years, although the vertical information systems among political and legal departments such as public security organs, procuratorates, courts, and judicial departments has made gratifying achievements in application,the phenomenon of isolated information island among horizontal departments has become more prominent. In the face of the worsening contradiction between increasing cases and the shortage of staff, the most important task in the development of political and legal departments is to fully integrate judicial resources, maximize the efficiency of case handling, and improve the level of information sharing and intelligent management of political and legal departments.Starting with the practical experience of the political and legal departments of Guizhou Province in the process of information interconnection and sharing platform construction, this paper attempts to explore the implementation path of building information sharing platform.
