摘要 以三苯乙烯基苯酚聚氧乙烯醚和氨基磺酸为原料、尿素为催化剂、水为水解原料,合成了三苯乙烯基苯酚聚氧乙烯醚硫酸盐,通过傅里叶变换红外光谱(FTIR)对产物进行了表征。探讨了反应时间、反应温度、催化剂用量、原料配比等因素对产率的影响,最终得到产率达93%的较优合成工艺。该工艺为:三苯乙烯基苯酚聚氧乙烯醚、氨基磺酸、尿素与水的物质的量比为1.0∶1.1∶1.0∶1.5,反应温度为120℃,反应时间为3 h。测定了产物的表面性能和应用性能,并与三苯乙烯基苯酚聚氧乙烯醚进行对比。 Tristyrylphenol polyoxyethylene ether sulfate was synthesized from tristyrylphenol polyoxyethylene ether and sulfamic acid using urea as catalyst, water as hydrolysis raw material. The product was characterized by FTIR. The effects of reaction time, reaction temperature, catalyst dosage, and ratio of raw materials on the yield were discussed. A better synthesis process with a yield of 93% was obtained, and the conditions were as follows: the molar ratio of tristyrylphenol polyoxyethylene ether, sulfamic acid, urea and water was 1.0 ∶1.1∶1.0∶1.5, the reaction temperature was 120℃, and the reaction time was 3 h. The surface properties and application properties of the product were determined and compared with tristyrylphenol polyoxyethylene ether.
