摘要
研究了苯乙烯基苯酚聚氧乙烯醚(600#)与氨基磺酸(NH2SO3H)进行磺化反应的合成工艺,探讨了反应物质量比、反应温度、反应时间、催化剂尿素用量对产品的影响,经优化得到了较佳合成工艺:m(600#)/m(NH2SO3H)=15,110℃反应2.0 h,w(尿素)=2%.测试了产品的分散力,结果表明:苯乙烯基苯酚聚氧乙烯醚硫酸铵具有较好的分散性,可以作为涤纶高温匀染剂的主要成分.
The synthetic technology of the sulfonation of styrylphenol polyoxyethylene ether (600^#) by sulfamic acid (NH2SO3H) was studied. The effects of the reactant ratio, reaction temperature and time and urea catalyst on the reaction were discussed. The optimal synthesis technology was the ratio of m(600^#)/m(NH2SO3H )=15 and the reaction for 2.0 h at 110℃ with 2% urea as catalyst. The product dispersibility was tested, and the results indicated that the ammonium styrylphenol polyoxyethylene ether sulfate had better dispersibility, and could be used as the main component of high temperature leveling agent for polyester.
