摘要
以端含氢硅油(PHMS)、烯丙基聚氧乙基聚氧丙基环氧聚醚(AHF-7)、聚醚胺(ED-900)、氯化缩水甘油三甲基铵(EQ)为原料,合成了亲水性季铵化嵌段聚醚氨基硅油(QBPEAS),并用IR、1H-NMR、纳米粒度/Zeta电位分析仪和SEM对其结构及乳液性能、纤维表面膜形貌进行了表征。结果表明:QBPEAS34.6 mV,QBPEAS易成膜,整理的棉纤维表面比较平整光滑。另外讨论了QBPEAS BPEAS的应用性能。结果表明,QBPEAS乳液用量约为6 g/L时,整理的织物柔软性、亲水性最佳,且具有较好的耐水洗性能;在相同条件下整理的棉布样亲水性明显优于BPEAS,其他应用性能相差甚微。
A hydrophilic quaternary ammonium block polyether amino silicone oil(QBPEAS) was synthe-sized by hydrogen-terminated silicone oil(PHMS), allyl polyoxyethoxypropyl polyoxypropyl polyether(AHF-7),polyether amine(ED-900) and glycidyl trimethammonium chloride(EQ). The structure of QBPEAS, the proper-ties of emulsion and the surface morphology of fiber were characterized by IR,1 H-NMR, nanoparticle/Zeta po-tentiometric analyzer and SEM. The results showed that QBPEAS was easy to get light yellow transparent sta-ble silicon microemulsion by phase inversion with the average particle size of 273.4 nm and the Zeta potential of +34.6 mV. QBPEAS was easy to film, and the surface of finished cotton fiber was smooth. In addition, the influence of QBPEAS emulsion dosage on the application performance of fabrics was discussed, and the appli-cation performance of QBPEAS and BPEAS was compared. The results showed that when the amount of QB?PEAS emulsion was about 6 g/L, the finished fabric had the best softness and hydrophilicity, and had good wa?ter wash resistance. Under the same condition, the hydrophilicity of cotton fabric treated by QBPEAS was bet-ter than that of BPEAS, and the other application performance had a little difference.
