摘要
亮白油包水型乳化体系用乳化剂用途十分广泛,本研究涉及的非离子型有机硅乳化剂是一种烷基和聚氧乙基醚接枝聚硅氧烷油包水乳化剂,研究了该种有机硅乳化剂的制备方法及其在油包水配方中的性能。该乳化剂以其在冷和热下的稳定性而著名,低达-25℃和高达50℃都能保持稳定;同时具有与众不同兼容性和宽泛的应用范围,可与紫外线过滤剂和各种合成油脂以及天然植物油等物质相容,特别适于生产润肤乳液、膏霜,可添加于洗发水、护发素、乳霜、乳液、防晒霜、粉底霜、染发剂及止汗芳香剂等个人护理品内,以起到乳化、保护及滋润的作用。
The emulsifier for brightening water-in-oil emulsification system has a wide range of uses.The non-ionic silicone emulsifier involved in this study is a water-in-oil emulsifier of alkyl and polyoxyethyl ether grafted polysiloxane.In this paper,the preparation method of this kind of silicone emulsifier and its performance in water-in-oil formulations were studied.The emulsifier is well-known for its stability under cold and heat.It can maintain stability as low as-25℃and as high as 50℃.At the same time,it has unique compatibility and a wide range of applications.It is compatible with ultraviolet filters,various synthetic oils and natural vegetable oils,and is particularly suitable for the production of moisturizing lotions and creams.It can be added to shampoos,conditioners,creams,lotions,sunscreens,foundation creams,hair dye and anti-perspirant aromatics to play the role of emulsification,protection and moistening.
