摘要
目的:探讨以就业为导向的教学体系优化改革在病理学教学中的成效。方法:选择大理大学临床医学专业2015级和2016级学生作为研究对象,其中2015级采用传统方法教学,2016级采用以就业为导向的优化教学体系实施教学。通过期末考核分析比较两组学生学习效果的差异。结果:2016级学生组的及格率、良好率和优秀率均优于2015级学生组,差异具有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论:相对于传统教学,以就业为导向的优化教学改革有利于提高病理学的教学质量,提升学生的学习效果。
Objective:To explore the effect of employment-oriented teaching system optimization reform in pathology teaching.Methods: The students of grade 2015 and grade 2016 majoring in clinical medicine at Dali University were selected as the research subjects. The traditional teaching method was adopted in grade 2015, while the employment-oriented optimized teaching system was adopted in grade 2016. The difference of learning effect between the two groups was analyzed and compared through the final examination. Results: The passing rate, good rate and excellent rate of the students in grade 2016 were higher than those of the grade2015, and the differences were statistically significant(P < 0.05). Conclusion: Compared with the traditional teaching, the employment-oriented optimization teaching reform is conducive to improve the teaching quality of pathology and the learning effect of students.
