摘要
将钢渣粉加入混凝土取代部分胶凝材料可以提高工业固体废弃物利用,有效保护环境。基于此,利用室内试样方法制备了不同钢渣微粉掺量的混凝土试件,测试了干缩率、渗水高度、单轴抗压强度、抗折强度和抗拉强度随钢渣微粉掺量的变化规律。研究结果表明:1)混凝土的干缩率随着钢渣粉替换率的增大而减小;2)钢渣粉的加入可以有效提高混凝土的抗渗性能,尤其是其替换量在小于30%时;3)钢渣微粉掺量大于30%时,混凝土的抗压强度、抗拉强度和抗折强度出现显著降低,建议钢渣微粉掺量不超过30%。
It can improve the utilization of industrial solid waste and effectively protect the environment adding steel slag powder to concrete instead of some cementitious materials.Based on this,concrete specimens with different contents of steel slag micro-powder were prepared by using laboratory sample method.The variation rules of dry shrinkage rate,seepage height,uniaxial compressive strength,flexural strength and tensile strength with the content of steel slag micro-powder were tested.The results showed that:1)The dry shrinkage of concrete decreased with the increase of steel slag powder replacement rate.2)The addition of steel slag powder could effectively improve the impermeability of concrete,especially when the replacement amount was less than 30%.3)When the content of steel slag powder was more than 30%,the compressive strength,tensile strength and flexural strength of concrete were significantly reduced,and it was recommended that the content of steel slag powder should not exceed 30%.
