摘要
广州珠江新城西塔作为在建国内第二高楼,建筑高度达441m。由于其具备外观形式新颖、建筑功能多样的建筑特点,所以其结构设计形式复杂多变,进而导致该主体结构的施工存在诸多难点,本文以该些施工难点的解决方法入手,总结归纳出如下施工特点:(1)制定并优化施工计划、施工方案、施工机械、总承包管理等项目管理组成因子,解决了施工工期紧张的难题;(2)运用独创的整体顶升钢平台可变模架体系这一世界领先的施工工艺,解决了复杂多变核心筒的施工难题;(3)在不断优化混凝土配合比的同时采用先进的泵送设备和技术,使得超高性能混凝土(C80)的超高泵送(410m)难题得以完美解决;(4)采用虚拟拟真与现实施工相结合的先进施工技术,成功解决了巨型超重斜交网格钢管柱制作安装的难题。
The constructing Guangzhou Western Tower at Zhujiang new town is the second highest building of China with 432 meters tall.Because of the novel architecture appearance and multiple designed functions,the structure of this building is very complicate which increases the difficulties of construction.This paper based on the solution of these construction difficulties to summary the construction characteristics including:1.solving the tight schedule problem by making and optiming the project management factors such as construction plan,construction scheme,construction machine,management of general contract etc.2.solving the complicate construction difficulties of inner core by the original technique of the whole jack-lifting steel-plate convertible module-frame system,3.solving the super high(410 meters)pumping problem of the super performance(C80)concrete problem by optimizing the concrete mix and adopting the advanced pumping equipments and technique,4.Combining the animation and practical construction technique to overcome the manufacture and installation problems of huge overweight skew-cross grid concrete-filled steel tube columns.
