摘要
通过对水泥基裂缝修补浆料减水剂掺量和水灰比进行探究,表征了浆料24h和48h抗压、抗折强度,研究其力学性能的影响因素,结合体积参数得出最佳的减水剂掺量和水灰比。实验结果表明:灌缝浆有较好的流动性且30min内流动度不损失,其减水剂掺量应控制在0.3%~0.5%的范围内,水灰比应为0.35~0.45。高流态灌缝浆的强度和干缩率与水灰比和减水剂掺量有较明显的相关性,合适的减水剂掺量为0.4%,水灰比为0.4。高流态灌缝浆具有较高的流动性和强度,针对早期的微小裂缝,能较好的渗透和填充其中。起到防水、补强的作用,能较大程度降低后期养护成本。
By investigating the amount of water-reducing agent and the ratio of water-cement ratio of cement-based crack repairing slurry,the compressive and flexural strengths of the slurry at 24h and 48h were characterized.The influencing factors of mechanical properties were studied,and the best parameters were obtained by combining the volume parameters.Water reducing agent dosage and water cement ratio.The experimental results show that:the filling slurry has good fluidity and the fluidity is not lost within 30min.The amount of water reducing agent should be controlled within the range of 0.3%~0.5%,and the water-cement ratio should be 0.35~0.45.The strength and dry shrinkage of high-fluid grouting pulp have a significant correlation with the ratio of water-cement ratio and the amount of water-reducing agent.The suitable water-reducing agent dosage is 0.4%and the water-cement ratio is 0.4.The high-fluid grouting slurry has high fluidity and strength,and can penetrate and fill well for the early micro-cracks.It plays the role of waterproofing and reinforcing,which can greatly reduce the cost of maintenance in the later period.
