摘要
陈独秀与"万恶孝为首"谣言是讨论"五四"后文化运动与政治行动之演变的有趣个案。1920年末,陈独秀赴粤担任广东省教育委员会委员长,试图在广州宣传新文化,拓展党的事业,却引发了"万恶孝为首"谣言,背后牵扯着各方势力在理念上的新旧之争、新新之争以及现实中的党派之争、饭碗与地盘之争。谣言虽生发于上海,但其扩散是在谣言制造者的精心策划下,由上海与广州的报刊之联动而形成的。这一事件与"五四"之际新文化同人因攻击家庭伦理所影响的社会心理基础有关,也折射出"五四"之后马克思列宁主义破除旧礼教与重建新伦理的困境所在。
Chen Duxiu and the rumor of"filial piety comes first among all the evils"is an interesting individual example describing the evolution of the cultural movement and political action after the"May 4th Movement."At the end of 1920.Chen Duxiu went to Guangdong province to serve as chairman of the Education Committee of the province in an attempt to promote the new culture and to expand the cause of the party in Guangzhou,thus triggering the rumor that"filial piety comes first among all the evils.Behind this,various forces became involved in a number of disputes between the old and the new,and the new and the new.In terms of ideas,and this served as a catalyst for many disputes among the parties and between livelihood and reality.Although the rumor first appeared in Shanghai,it spread due to the linkages among newspapers in Shanghai and newspapers in Guangzhou based on a careful plan by the rumormongers.This incident is related to the social psychological foundation influenced by the people advocating the new culture attacking family ethics during the May 4th Movement,which also reflects the dilemma of Marxism and Leninism in breaking away from the feudal ethical codes and establishing a new ethics after the May 4th Movement.
