摘要
德国巴伐利亚州高度发达的社会经济与其职业教育体制密切相关,该体制的设计原理值得国内职业教育体制改革借鉴。本文经调研,详细叙述当前巴伐利亚州职业教育体制的设计方案并以实例分析其优越性,对我国职业教育改革具有参考作用。
The highly developed social economy of Bavaria in Germany is closely related to its vocational education system. The design principle of this system is worth learning from since it is conductive to the reform of domestic vocational education system. Through investigation, this paper describes in detail the design scheme of the current vocational education system in Bavaria and analyzes its advantages with examples. The analysis conclusion can be used as a reference for the future reform of domestic vocational education.
