摘要
目的探讨腹部穴位按摩配合针刺在胶囊内镜检查中的应用价值。方法选取2014年6月～2017年1月在南充市中心医院行胶囊内镜检查的患者68例,随机分为观察组与对照组,每组各34例。对照组给予传统肠道准备方式,观察组在传统肠道准备方式上给予腹部天枢穴、神阙穴、中脘穴、大横穴按摩,并于检查前1h行天枢穴针刺。比较两组患者肠道清洁度、病人主观感受及胶囊通过胃肠的时间。结果观察组肠道清洁度显著优于对照组(P<0.05),两组患者肠道准备期间主观感受无统计学意义(P>0.05),胶囊在胃内通过时间观察组较对照组快(P<0.05),胶囊在两组受检者小肠内通过时间无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论腹部穴位按摩配合针刺用于胶囊内镜检查中,能提高肠道清洁度,减少胶囊胃内的通过时间,不影响胶囊小肠内通过时间,有利于提高病变检出率。
Objective To explore the value of abdominal acupoint massage combined with acupuncture in capsule endoscopic examination.Methods 68 patients were divided into observation group and the control group (n=34). The control group was given conventional way for intestinal preparation. The observation group was given the traditional way for intestinal preparation and massage on Tianshu point, Shenque point, Zhongwan point and Daheng point. The terms of intestinal cleanliness, patient subjective experience, and time of capsule passing through the gastrointestinal tract were observed.Results The intestinal cleanliness of observation group was significantly better than that of control group (P<0.05). The intestinal preparation of subjective feeling had no statistical significance (P>0.05). The time capsule of through the stomach of the experimental group was faster than in the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion Abdominal acupuncture point massage used in capsule endoscopy check can improve the intestinal cleanliness, reduce capsule and improve lesion detection rate.
