摘要
目的:评价子午流注择时穴位贴敷联合情志法用于结肠镜检查前肠道准备的效果研究。方法:选取2017年1月~2017年12月我院收治的结肠镜检查患者102例,分为观察组51例,对照组51例。两组患者均给予子午流注理论择时穴位贴敷,同时观察组结肠镜检查过程中给予中医情志干预,对照组给予常规护理,比较两组患者心理、疼痛程度及肠道清洁度变化。结果:检查时,观察组疼痛程度评分明显低于对照组[(3. 13±1. 93)/(4. 02±2. 62)],差异有统计学意义(P<0. 05);检查后,观察组SAS、SDS量表评分较对照组评分降低幅度更大[(36. 68±8. 09)/(41. 22±6. 65),(42. 55±8. 17)/(47. 86±7. 22)],差异有统计学意义(P<0. 05);观察组肠道清洁度评分高于对照组[(4. 01±0. 39)/(3. 83±0. 45)],但差异无统计学意义(P>0. 05)。结论:子午流注择时穴位贴敷联合情志法可以减少患者的疼痛程度及稳定患者的情绪,提高肠道准备效果。
Objective :To evaluate the study on the effect of midnight-noon ebb-flow of acupoint sticking therapy combined with emotional method on colonoseopy examination.Methods:102 patients with colonoscopy examination from January 2017 to December 2017 were selected as the research objects were 51 cases in each group.The two groups of patients were given midnight -noon ebb-flow of acupoint sticking therapy,and patients in the intervention group received TCM emotional method,while patients in the controlled group received routine nursing,compared psychological changes,pain degree and the intestinal cleanliness of the two groups of patients.Results :During the examination,the pain score of the observation group was significantly lower than that in the controlled group [(3.13±1.93)/(4.02±2.62)],and the difference was statistically significant (P< 0.05).After the examination,the score of SAS and SDS in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the controlled group [(36.68±8.09)/(41.22±6.65),(42.55±8.17)/(47.86±7.22)],and the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05).The cleanliness score of the observation group was higher than that of the controlled group [(4.01 ±0.39)/(3.83±0.45)],but the difference was not statistically significant (P>0.05).Conclusion:Midnight-noon ebb -flow of acupoint sticking therapy combined with emotional method can reduce the pain degree of the patients,stabilize the mood of the patients and improve the preparation effect of the intestinal tract.
