摘要
乡村振兴是国民经济发展的重要基础,是全面建成小康社会的难点所在,也是现代化建设的题中应有之义。乡村振兴战略是新时代党对国家"三农"工作的总体部署和顶层设计,是继我国社会主要矛盾供需双方发生转变后进行的重大战略调整和重要战略创新。当前,推进乡村振兴战略,必须高度重视产业兴旺、生态宜居、乡风文明、治理有效、生活富裕这五大任务要求,合力构建"五位一体"总布局在农村发展中的新形态,不断丰富农业农村现代化的新内涵,积极推进中国特色社会主义乡村振兴在新时代的勇敢实践。本文拟就新时代我国乡村振兴过程中出现的突出问题以及应对之策作一简要探讨。
The strategy of rural revitalization is the fundamental way to reduce the difference between urban and rural areas in the new era, and it is the total grasp of rural economic work. We must fully implement the five requirements of industrial prosperity, ecological livability, rural civilization, effective governance and prosperity. In the process of rural revitalization in the new era, the development of agriculture is lagging behind, the ecological environment is deteriorating, the local culture is broken, the rural governance is disorderly, and the gap between urban and rural areas is very wide. It is proposed that we should accelerate the development of rural industries, improve and optimize the living environment of rural areas, actively promote the revival of local culture, strengthen the construction of rural basic organizations, and improve the institutional mechanism for integrated development. It will inject strong impetus into rural revitalization, relieve worries, pave the way for civilization, build a political fortress, and provide institutional supplies.
