摘要
进入新时代,我国乡村发展由相对封闭的静态发展转化为开放的动态发展,传统的乡村治理模式难以适应现实的各种变化,出现了一些新的问题。学者们对乡村发展与社会主要矛盾的关系,乡村振兴的重点、误区及破解路径都进行了相关研究,但在相关分析的系统性和创新性方面还有待提高。针对新时代乡村振兴中农村人口结构失衡、农村产业发展滞后、农村教育问题突出、乡村传统文化衰落、乡村社会治理存在隐患、生态环境堪忧等问题,提出要从机制创新路径、产业发展路径、科技创新路径、人才培育路径等方面引领乡村的振兴。
In the new era, the rural development of our country has changed from relatively closed static development to open dynamic development, while the traditional rural governance model is difficult to adapt to the new changs, and some new problems have emerged. Scholars have carried out relevant studies on the relationship between rural development and the principal contradictions of society, the focus of rural revitalization, the misunderstanding and the ways of cracking. However, the systematic and innovative aspects of the related analysis need to be improved. In view of the imbalance of rural population structure, the lag of rural industrial development, the prominent problems of rural education and the decline of rural traditional culture, the hidden dangers in rural social governance, the boring ecological environment and so on, the paper proposes to lead the development of rural areas from the pathes of mechanism innovation, industrial development ,scientific and technological innovation ,talent cultivation and so on.
