摘要
为了实现天然环保、单层纯棉轻薄织物单向导湿量化生产,增加公司产品的功能性和智能化。以单层轻薄纯棉织物为研究对象,在改变工艺参数并严格控制工艺流程、更换亲水性试剂、改变微型窗疏水剂印花工艺的基础上,对织物一面进行亲水性整理,另一面进行微型窗疏水剂印花,实现了天然环保、机织轻薄织物单向导湿产品的量化生产。
In order to achieve the quantitative production of single-layer pure cotton light and thin fabric with natural environmental protection and single wet guide,it increases the functionality and intelligence of the company's products. On the basis of changing process parameters,hydrophilic reagent and the micro- window hydrophobic agent printing process,strictly controlling the process flow,the single layer of light and thin cotton fabric is regarded as the research object. Through the hydrophilic finishing of one side of the fabric and the hydrophobic agent printing on the micro-window, the single- guide wet product of natural environmental protection and woven light and thin fabric is produced quantitatively.
