本文阐述了铝合金后汽车保险杠连接板的工艺特点,并针对高质量要求的特点进行生产工艺研究,确保了该产品的稳定批量生产,为同类型零件的加工可提供借鉴作用。
This article describes the technical characters of connection plate made of aluminum alloys for vehicle’s rear bumpers, and it develops the manufacturing researches for high quality in order to guarantee the mass and stable processing. It provides good experience for the same kinds of parts.
