摘要
采用泡沫整理法对纺黏-熔喷-纺黏(SMS)手术衣材料进行一面亲水整理一面三拒(拒酒精、拒油、拒血液)一抗(抗静电)整理,使材料在具有防护性的同时具有单向导湿性能.通过9组正交试验得出最优试验配方:亲水剂质量浓度为30g/L,防水剂质量浓度为75g/L,抗静电剂质量浓度为75g/L,烘干温度为80℃,烘干时间为4min,焙烘温度为120℃,焙烘时间为3min.
Foam finishing method is used for hydrophilic finishing on one side,anti-alcohol,anti-oil,antiblood and antistatic finishing on the other side of Spunlaid-Melt Blowing-Spunlaid （SMS） surgical gown material,which makes the treated material have good repellent effect and directional water-transfer effect at the same time.By nine groups of orthogonal test,the best finishing process parameters are obtained,the best ratio of the foam coating finishing agents is as follows,hydrophilic agent＇s mass concentration is 30 g/L,waterproof agent＇s mass concentration is 75 g/L,antistatic agent＇s mass concentration is 75 g/L,drying temperature and time are 80 ℃,4 min,baking temperature and time are 120 ℃,3 min.
