摘要
目的局部外用皮质类固醇具有抗炎、抗增殖、抑制免疫及抗毒素等作用,在炎症性皮肤病中应用较为广泛。0.05%丁酸氯倍他松乳膏作为中效外用皮质类固醇临床应用已有40余年,循证医学研究显示治疗湿疹、银屑病等疗效肯定,安全性良好。
Topical corticosteroids have anti-inflammatory, anti-proliferative, immunosuppressive and antitoxin effects and are widely used in inflammatory dermatosis. The clinical application of 0.05% clobetasol butyrate cream as a topical Intermediate corticosteroid has been used for more than 40 years. Evidence-based medical research has shown that the efficacy and safety for eczema and psoriasis are good.
