摘要
目的观察复方茜草增色液经皮给药的皮肤刺激性、过敏性和光毒性,评价其临床前安全性。方法通过兔皮肤刺激性实验、豚鼠主动皮肤过敏性实验及光毒性实验,观察复方茜草增色液经皮给药的皮肤刺激性、过敏性和光毒性。结果皮肤刺激性实验中,复方茜草增色液对兔完整和破损皮肤无明显刺激性;过敏性实验中,未见任何皮肤反应;光毒性实验结果为阴性。结论复方茜草增色液对皮肤无刺激性、过敏性和光毒性。
Objective To observe the skin irritation,irritability and phototoxicity of compound Qiancao Zengse liquid after transdermal administration,and to evaluate its preclinical safety.Methods The skin irritation,irritability and phototoxicity of compound Qiancao Zengse liquid were observed by means of the rabbit skin irritation test,guinea pig skin allergy test and phototoxicity test.Results In the skin irritation experiment,compound Qiancao Zengse liquid caused no obvious irritation to the intact or damaged rabbit skin.On the allergy test,no skin reaction was observed.The phototoxicity test was negative.Conclusion Compound Qiancao Zengse liquid causes no irritation,irritability or phototoxicity to the skin.
