摘要
面对护生的开放式基础医学实验室是护理教学的新型教学手段,主要目的在于探索开放式的护理实验室管理以及教学模式对学生临床实践技能的培养,采用教学与自身实践相结合的方法,提高学生对新知识的兴趣,培养创新意识,提高学生的自主创新能力,培养创新型人才,不仅有利于让闲置的实验室资源得到充分利用,还让学生在课余时间主动学习,提高知识储备能力,提高护理操作技巧以及熟练掌握各项护理技能。
The open basic medical laboratory in the face of nursing students is a new teaching method for nursing teaching.The main purpose is to explore the open management of nursing laboratories and the training of students‘clinical practice skills in teaching models,and to use teaching methods combined with their own practice.To increase students‘interest in new knowledge,cultivate innovation awareness,improve students’ability to innovate independently and cultivate innovative talents is not only conducive to the full use of idle laboratory resources,but also allows students to actively study in their spare time.Improve their own knowledge reserve ability,improve student’s nursing operation skills and master various nursing skills.
