摘要
医师资格考试是世界各国普遍采用的行业准入形式。随着社会的发展,根据医学人才培养模式发展和改革的需要,2013年全国医师资格考试考务工作会议提出,将传统的一站式医师资格考试改革为分阶段考试。2017年全国共有68所高等院校参与了由国家医学考试中心和国家中医药管理局组织的临床、中医师资格考试分阶段考试实证研究。我校组织了233名临床医学生首次参与了该实证研究,通过对考试成绩的统计、分析和讨论,并在临床医学专业课程设置、教学方式方法、教学内容、考核方式等方面提出了相应对策。
The qualification examination for doctors is one of the most widely accepted forms of trade admittance in the world.With the development of the society,according to the needs of the development and reform of medical personnel training mode,the2013National Conference on Qualification Examination for Physicians proposed to reform the traditional one stop medical qualification examination into a phased examination.In2017,a total of68colleges and universities participated in the empirical study of phased examination of clinical and TCM qualifications organized by the National Medical Examination Center and the State Administration of Traditional Chinese Medicine.We organized233clinical medical students for the first time to participate in the empirical research,through the statistical analysis of the test scores,and discussions,the corresponding countermeasures were put forward in the aspects of curriculum setting,teaching methods,teaching contents and assessment methods of clinical medicine specialty.
