摘要 随着高等学校大规模扩招,高校女教职工数量也急剧增长,其生活幸福感问题引起学界的广泛关注。本研究以广东省8所高校为调查对象,通过量化和质性的研究方法,深入调查女教师的幸福感现状,并分析影响其幸福感的因素。得出以下结论:高校的制度、政策是影响女教师幸福感的决定性因素;女教师本人的学术地位、学历、职称层次是关键因素;收入水平和其他福利待遇是重要因素;婚姻家庭,尤其是生育状况是影响其幸福感的深层次原因。 The enrollment of colleges and universities has been greatly expanded, and the number of female faculty in colleges and universities has increased sharply as well.As a result, their happiness has aroused widespread concern of the society.This study takes female teachers from 8 colleges and universities in Guangdong Province as the survey target, and investigates their well-being status through quantitative and qualitative research methods.On this basis, the factors influencing the well-being of female teachers in colleges and universities are analyzed, and the following results are obtained: University institutions and policies are the determining factors that influence the well-being of female teachers;female teachers’ academic status, academic degree, and professional title are the key factors;income and other benefits are important drivers;marriage, especially the status of childbearing, is a deep-seated reason for their level of happiness.
