摘要
为了适应社会发展需求,越来越多的既有大型商业建筑选择转型改造,以期能更好服务社会。商业建筑改造通常涉及结构主体改造加固,其主体结构改造量以及难度较其他普通建筑改造大。结合某大型商业建筑中庭改造加固案例,对该类建筑的主要结构改造加固设计方法进行了介绍探讨,并从中总结出一些改造加固心得体会以供参考。
In order to meet the needs of social development,more and more existing large-scale commercial buildings choose transformation. The reconstruction of commercial buildings often involves the reconstruction and reinforcement of the main structure,the volume and difficulty of the reconstruction and reinforcement are greater than other ordinary buildings. Combined with a large commercial building atrium reconstruction and reinforcement case,the design method of reinforcement and reconstruction of such architectural structure is introduced and discussed, and some experience of reconstruction and reinforcement is summarized for reference.
