摘要
本文探究了某制酒厂房的托梁拔柱改造设计要点和施工技术。新增两榀托架,焊接到拟拔柱的上柱,使屋面荷载经上柱传递到托架,在不影响屋面稳定的前提下将拟拔柱的下柱拔除。同时,对拟拔柱两侧的临近柱采取增大截面法提高其承重能力,对于地基基础采用钻孔灌注桩法进行处理,防止基础不均匀沉降。在托梁拔柱的改造施工中,重点加强基础加固、钢柱加固、托架安装、拔柱施工等技术要点的管理,确保本次托梁拔柱改造任务顺利完成,维护钢结构厂房的稳定与安全。
This article explores the design points and construction techniques for the renovation of supporting beams and columns in a certain liquor factory.Add two new brackets and weld them to the upper column of the proposed pull-out column,so that the roof load is transmitted to the brackets through the upper column.Remove the lower column of the proposed pull-out column without affecting the stability of the roof.At the same time,the adjacent columns on both sides of the proposed pull-out column are increased in cross-section to improve their load-bearing capacity,and the foundation is treated using the drilling and grouting pile method to prevent uneven settlement of the foundation.In the renovation construction of supporting beams and columns,the focus is on strengthening the management of technical points such as foundation reinforcement,steel column reinforcement,bracket installation,and column extraction construction,to ensure the smooth completion of the renovation task of supporting beams and columns,and to maintain the stability and safety of the steel structure factory building.
