摘要
建筑物由于功能改造、结构修缮和美观要求等原因,需要拔除钢筋混凝土框架结构中的立柱,尤其在大跨度的情况下,应选择合适的设计、施工和监测方案,使得相关框架梁得到加固。通过介绍上海建工集团总部20楼顶层会议室18.8m的大跨度拔柱固梁的案例,采用三维有限元软件对结构改造设计、加固施工、监测控制进行全程仿真分析,结合改造后效果,得出以下结论:在框架梁上部采用厚度为600mm的反梁、在框架梁下部采用厚度为300mm托梁整体加固后能够满足力学要求;正确掌握拔柱改造、框架梁加固和信息化监测三者之间的制约关系,才能保证建筑结构的安全。
According to function change, structure repair and visual effect requirements, it is necessary to cut column and strengthen related frame beams at special position in some reinforced concrete buildings, especially in large-span length occasion, how to choose suitable designing, constructing and monitoring plan will be the key problems. Based on an example of meeting room on the 20th top floor of Shanghai Construction Croup general building, a column was cut and the frame beam span changed into 18.8m length. The structure designing, repair constructing, and monitor controlling were analyzed with three- dimensional finite element method. The reconstruction effect proves that setting 600mm upstanding beam and 300mm hammer beam for the frame beam can meet mechanical requirements firstly, and controlling triangular restraint relations among column cutting, frame beam strengthening and information monitoring can ensure safety of the structure.
