近几年来,我国的生物工程技术实力日益增强。本文主要分析了食品工业中常用的生物工程科学技术,并深入分析和探讨了其在现代食品工业中的应用。以更全面地了解该项技术及其实践应用情况,确保生物工程科学技术在现代食品工业中得以充分发挥,为现代食品工业的高速发展提供技术支持。
In recent years, the technical strength of China’s bioengineering has been increasingly strengthened. This paper mainly analyzed the bioengineering science and technology commonly used in the food industry, and conduct indepth analysis and discussion on its application in the modern food industry. In this way, the technology and its practical application can be more fully understood to ensure that bioengineering science and technology can be fully utilized in the modern food industry, providing technical support for the rapid development of the modern food industry.
