摘要
目的:探讨优质护理服务在老年性脑梗死护理中的应用效果。方法:将2017年2月-2018年6月90例老年性脑梗死患者随机分组,对照组遵循常规护理,试验组落实优质护理服务。比较两组老年性脑梗死患者满意水平;老年性脑梗死知识掌握度、康复训练依从性;护理前后患者神经功能缺损程度、生存质量的分值、肢体活动功能;偏瘫等老年性脑梗死并发症发生率。结果:试验组老年性脑梗死患者满意水平高于对照组,P <0.05;试验组老年性脑梗死知识掌握度、康复训练依从性优于对照组,P <0.05;护理前两组神经功能缺损程度、生存质量的分值、肢体活动功能相似,P> 0.05;护理后试验组神经功能缺损程度、生存质量的分值、肢体活动功能优于对照组,P <0.05。试验组偏瘫等老年性脑梗死并发症发生率低于对照组,P <0.05。结论:优质护理服务在老年性脑梗死护理中的干预结果确切,可减少偏瘫等并发症发生率,患者疾病知识认知和康复依从性高,可改善神经功能、肢体活动功能,促进患者生存质量改善,患者满意水平高。
Objective:To explore the effect of quality nursing service in the nursing of senile cerebral infarction.Methods:A total of 90 elderly patients with cerebral infarction from February 2017 to June 2018 were randomly divided into groups.The control group received routine nursing,and the experimental group received quality nursing service.The satisfaction level of senile cerebral infarction patients,knowledge grasp of senile cerebral infarction and compliance of rehabilitation training;the degree of neurological function defect,the score of quality of life and the function of limb movement before and after nursing;the complication rate of senile cerebral infarction such as hemiplegia were compared between the two groups.Results:The satisfaction level of senile cerebral infarction patients in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group,P<0.05.The knowledge grasp degree of senile cerebral infarction and the compliance of rehabilitation training in the experimental group were better than those in the control group,P<0.05.The degree of neural function defect,the score of quality of life and the function of limb movement were similar in the two groups before nursing,P>0.05.After nursing,the neural function defect degree,quality of life score and limb activity function of the experimental group were better than those of the control group,P<0.05.The complication rate of senile cerebral infarction such as hemiplegia in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group,P<0.05.Conclusion:The intervention results of high-quality nursing services in the nursing of senile cerebral infarction were accurate,which could reduce the incidence of complications such as hemiplegia,and the patients had high disease knowledge cognition and rehabilitation compliance,which could improve the neurological function and limb activity function,promote the improvement of the patients’quality of life,and the patients’satisfaction level was high.
