摘要
目的探析优质护理在老年性脑梗死患者护理中的应用价值。方法将2019年1月至2019年12月在我院接受治疗的60例老年性脑梗死患者作为主要对象,运用数字随机表法分组,30例/组。对照组与观察组分别实施常规护理、优质护理,对比两组护理质量。结果在护理前,两组的NIHSS评分、BI指数、SAS评分不存在显著差异;在护理后,两组的上述各项指标较护理前均明显改善,观察组患者护理后的NIHSS评分、SAS评分均明显低于对照组,且BI指数大于对照组,两组差异显著;对照组的并发症率高于实验组,而护理满意度低于实验组,组间对比有差异。结论对老年性脑梗死患者实施优质护理可改善患者的神经功能,增强患者自理水平,并且能够缓解患者焦虑情绪,降低并发症的发生率,且患者满意度高,值得进一步推广应用。
Objective To explore the application value of high quality nursing in the elderly patients with cerebral infarction.Methods 60 patients with senile cerebral infarction who were treated in our hospital from January 2019 to December 2019 were divided into 30 cases/group by the method of digital random table.The control group and the observation group were given routine nursing and high quality nursing respectively.Results There was no signifi cant difference in NIHSS score,BI index and SAS score between the two groups before nursing.The above indexes of the two groups after nursing were signifi cantly improved compared with those before nursing.The NIHSS score and SAS score of the observation group after nursing were signifi cantly lower than those of the control group,and BI index was higher than that of the control group,the difference between the two groups was signifi cant.The complication rate of the observation group was signifi cantly lower than that of the control group,and the nursing was full The difference was signifi cant.Conclusion The high quality nursing for the elderly patients with cerebral infarction can improve the degree of neurological defi cit,enhance the ability of self-care,improve the anxiety of the patients,reduce the incidence of complications,and the patients'satisfaction is high,which is worth further promotion and application.
