摘要
目的探究优质护理对于老年性脑梗死患者的临床应用效果。方法从我院抽取80例老年性脑梗死患者,时间截取点为2018年5月1日至2019年5月1日,将其随机分成试验组和对照组,每组40例。对比分析两组患者的Barthel指数评分、NIHSS评分、住院时间、生活质量评分以及护理满意度。结果试验组患者的Barthel指数评分、生命质量评分、护理满意度均显著高于对照组,NIHSS评分、住院时间均显著少于对照组,两组间进行比较,差异显著(P<0.05)。结论在老年性脑梗死患者临床诊疗过程中进行优质护理干预,能明显改善患者的病情,临床效果显著。
Objective To explore the clinical application effects of high-quality nursing for patients with senile cerebral infarction.Methods Eighty cases of elderly patients with cerebral infarction were selected from our hospital,and the time interception point was May 1,2018-May 1,2019.They were randomly divided into experimental group and control group,with 40 cases in each group.The Barthel Index score,NIHSS score,hospitialization time,quality of life score and nursing satisfaction of the two groups of patients were compared and analyzed.Results The Barthel Index score,quality of life score,and nursing satisfaction of the experimental group were significantly higher than those of the control group.The NIHSS score and hospitialization time were significantly less than those of the control group,there was a significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion Carrying out high-quality nursing intervention during the clinical diagnosis and treatment of patients with senile cerebral infarction can significantly improve the patient's condition with significant clinical effects.
