摘要
目的探讨ICU护士心理资本对其自我职业生涯管理的影响。方法选取5所三甲医院的265名ICU护士作为调查对象,发放护士心理资本及自我职业生涯管理相关调查问卷,分析心理资本与自我职业生涯管理的相关性。结果 ICU护士心理资本总评分为(89.15±14.65),得分率为74.29%;自我职业生涯管理总评分为(47.47±10.62),得分率为65.93%。多元回归分析结果显示,职业、职业生涯课程是影响护士心理资本的因素(R^2=0.118,P<0.05)。职业探索与心理资本各维度及总评分均无相关性(P>0.05);职业目标、继续学习、注重关系、自我展示及自我职业生涯管理总分与心理资本各维度(自我效能、希望、韧性、乐观)及总分均呈正相关(P<0.05)。回归分析显示,希望、乐观对职业目标、注重关系有预测作用,乐观、自我效能对自我展示有预测作用,希望、乐观、自我效能对继续学习和自我职业生涯管理总分均有预测作用。结论 ICU护士心理资本水平与自我职业生涯管理有密切联系,提升心理资本能够增强护士的自我职业生涯管理能力。
Objective To explore the influence of ICU nurses’psychological capital on their self-career management.Methods 265 ICU nurses from 5 third-grade class-A l hospitals were selected as the survey subjects,and questionnaires on nurses’psychological capital and self-career management were administered to analyze the correlation between psychological capital and self-career management.Results The total score of ICU nurses’psychological capital was(89.15±14.65),with a score of 74.29%;the total score of self-career management was(47.47±10.62),with a score of 65.93%.The results of multiple regression analysis showed that occupation and career courses were the factors influencing nurses’psychological capital(R^2=0.118,P<0.05).There was no correlation between career exploration and psychological capital dimensions and total score(P>0.05).Career objective,continuous learning,focus on relationship,self-presentation and self-career management total score were positively correlated with psychological capital dimensions(selfefficacy,hope,resilience,optimism)and total score(P<0.05).Regression analysis showed that hope,optimism had a predictive effect on career goals and attention to relationships,optimism and self-efficacy had a predictive effect on self-presentation,and hope,optimism and self-efficacy had a predictive effect on continuous learning and self-career management total score.Conclusions ICU nurses’psychological capital level is closely related to their self-career management,and improving their psychological capital can enhance their self-career management ability.
