摘要
目的 :调查手术室护士同情心疲乏的现状并分析其影响因素。方法 :采用便利抽样法抽取温州市3所三级甲等医院的268名手术室护士为研究对象,采用一般情况调查表、专业生活质量量表(ProQOL)和社会支持量表进行调查,使用多元回归分析手术室护士同情心疲乏的影响因素。结果 :手术室护士同情心疲乏总分为(60.39±9.48)分,多元回归分析显示手术室工作年限、受教育程度和社会支持是手术室护士同情心疲乏主要影响因素,共解释32.8%的变异量。结论 :临床管理者应关注手术室护士的同情心疲乏水平,尤其是手术室工作年限较长、受教育程度为本科及以上的护士,提高手术室护士社会支持水平,以减轻其同情心疲乏状况。
Objective： To investigate the level and influencing factors of compassion fatigue in OR nurses. Methods： A total of 268 OR nurses were selected from tertiary grade A hospitals in Wenzhou by convenience sampling method. They were investigated with an self-designed information questionnaire; Professional Quality of Life Scale and Social Support Rating Scale. The influencing factors of compassion fatigue were analyzed using multiple stepwise regression analysis. Results： The total score of compassion fatigue expressed by OR nurses was （60.39~9.48）. Multiple linear regression analysis showed that the OR working years, educational level and social support were influencing factors of compassion fatigue in OR nurses. Conclusion： Clinical managers should pay more attention to the compassion fatigue among the OR nurses, especially nurses with longer working years in OR, nurses with bachelor degree or above, and the social support level in order to reduce the level of compassion fatigue.
