摘要
目的探讨团体心理护理干预对经尿道膀胱肿瘤电切术后行膀胱灌注化疗患者的影响,以期促进患者身心康复。方法选取2017年1—12月收治于南京大学医学院附属鼓楼医院,诊断为膀胱癌并接受经尿道膀胱肿瘤电切术,且术后进行膀胱灌注化疗的患者104例作为研究对象。采用随机表法将患者分为对照组(n=51)和观察组(n=53)。对照组行常规护理,观察组在此基础上给予团体心理护理干预。采用症状自评量表(SCL-90)及自编问卷,比较两组患者干预前及干预6周后的心理状态、治疗依从性、不良反应发生率和对护理工作的满意度。结果干预6周后,观察组患者SCL-90各维度评分均低于对照组,治疗依从性优于对照组,疼痛、血尿、膀胱刺激征、感染、胃肠道反应等不良反应发生率低于对照组,对护理工作的满意度高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论团体心理护理干预可有效改善尿道膀胱肿瘤电切术后膀胱灌注化疗患者的身心状态,对促进其康复有积极意义。
Objective To explore the effect of group psychological nursing intervention on the patients undergoing bladder perfusion chemotherapy after transurethral resection of bladder cancer. Methods From January to December 2017, 104 patients who underwent bladder perfusion chemotherapy after transurethral resection of bladder cancer were chosen from Nanjing Drum Tower Hospital, Nanjing University Medical School. They were randomly divided into the control group (n=51) and observation group (n=53). The control group received routine nursing and the observation group received additional group psychological nursing intervention. The SCL-90 scale and self-made questionnaire were used to analyze the psychological state, treatment compliance, incidence of adverse reactions and satisfaction with nursing work before and 6 weeks after intervention. Results After 6 weeks of intervention, the observation group had lower subscale scores of SCL-90, better treatment compliance, lower incidence of adverse reactions such as pain, hematuria, bladder irritation, infection, and gastrointestinal reactions, and higher satisfaction with nursing work than the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Group psychological nursing intervention can effectively improve the physical and mental states in the patients with bladder perfusion chemotherapy after transurethral resection of bladder cancer, and promoting their rehabilitation.
