摘要
目的建立高效液相色谱法同时测定饮料中柠檬黄、喹啉黄、苋菜红、胭脂红、日落黄、诱惑红、酸性红、赤藓红、靛蓝、酸性绿S、亮蓝、专利蓝V 12种水溶性合成着色剂的方法。方法饮料样品经离心、过滤后直接进样,以甲醇-乙酸铵(0.02 mol/L)为流动相进行梯度洗脱,采用二极管阵列检测器多波长分析,外标法定量。结果 12种合成着色剂在0.5~100mg/L范围内线性关系良好,相关系数均大于0.999;检出限为0.05~0.3 mg/kg;平均回收率为91.0%~101.3%,相对标准偏差值为0.2%~2.3%。结论该方法简便、快速、准确,前处理简单,适合于基质成分较为简单的液体样品中多种着色剂的同时测定。
Objective To establish a method for determination of 12 kinds of water-soluble synthetic colorants(tartrazine,quinoline yellow,amaranth,carmine,sunset yellow,allura red,carmosine,erythrosine,indigotin,green S,brilliant blue,patent blue V) in drinks by high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC).Methods The drink samples were centrifuged and filtered,then the sample solutions were injected into HPLC with diode array detection and detected at different wavelength.The mobile phase was methanol-0.02 mol/L ammonium acetate with gradient elution.The external standard method was adopted for quantification of the analytes.Results The linear range of 12 water-soluble synthetic colorants were 0.5-100 mg/L with the correlation coefficients were higher than 0.999.The limits of detection were from 0.05 to 0.3 mg/kg.The average recoveries were from 91.0% to 101.3%,and the relative standard deviations(RSDs) were from 0.2% to 2.3%.Conclusion This method is simple,quick and accurate,which can be applied to detect synthetic colorants simultaneously in uncomplicated liquid foods.
