摘要
《中国共产党第十九次全国代表大会报告摘编》(英文版)有助于国际社会进一步了解中国共产党的治国理念、执政方略和中国未来发展道路及内外政策。其翻译者立足于源语言语意的基础上,恰当地运用了直译、意译等翻译方法和省译、增译、合译、转换等翻译技巧,动态地顺应了目标语语言结构及语言环境,从而达到了最佳的翻译效果。
The Report to the Nineteenth National Congress of the Communist Party of China in English helps the international community to further know about the governance conception and strategy of CPC, the future development and domestic and foreign policies of China. Based on the meaning of source language, the translator appropriately used translation methods and techniques, such as, literal translation, free translation, omission and addition to dynamically adapt to the structural object and contextual correlates of the target language with the purpose of achieving the successful communication.
