摘要
目的对检验科微生物检验质量的影响因素与病原菌耐药性进行探究。方法搜集于2016年8月—2017年9月期间对该院检验科送检微生物抽取386例检测标本作为研究样本,对所有检测标本的检验报告进行整合,分析检验科微生物检验质量的有关因素,并对病原菌耐药性给予深入研究。结果在该次研究报告中,人员素质、标本采集及保存、操作规范性因素及其他因素都可对检验科微生物检验质量产生直接影响检验结果;共分离病菌386株,其中金黄色葡萄球菌为186株,占总百分比的48.18%、大肠埃希菌为120株,占总百分比的31.08%、肺炎克雷伯菌为80株,占总百分比的20.72%,其中,金黄色葡萄球菌对红霉素、β-内酰胺类及喹诺类等抗生素药物所产生的耐药性较为显著;则大肠埃希菌以及肺炎克雷伯菌对喹喏酮类以及头孢类的抗生素药物所产生的耐药性效果显著,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论针对检验科微生物检验质量的有关影响因素较多,实施规范操作流程,不仅有效提高了标本的质量,同时对抗菌药物进行合理选择,可有效降低耐药率。
Objective To study the influencing factors of microbiological testing quality in the department of clinical laboratory and drug resistance of pathogens.Methods 386 cases of test samples extracted by the department of clinical laboratory in our hospital from August 2016 to September 2017 were selected and sorted up,and the related factors of microorganism test quality were analyzed,and the pathological drug resistance was deeply studied.Results In the study report,the personnel quality,specimen collection and storage,operation standardized factors could be the direct influencing factors,and 386 strains were isolated,including 186 strains of staphylococcus aureus,accounting for 48.18%,120 strains of escherichia coli,accounting for 31.08%,80 strains of klebsiella pneumonia,accounting for 20.72%,and the drug resistance of staphylococcus aureus to erythromycin,beta-lactams and quinolones was obvious,and the drug resistance effect of escherichia coli and klebsiella pneumonia to quinones and cephalosporins was obvious,and the differences were obvious(P<0.05).Conclusion The related influencing factors of test quality in the department of clinical laboratory are multiple,and the implementation of standardized operation flow can not only effectively improve the quality of specimens,and rationally select the antibacterials thus effectively reducing the drug resistance rate.
