摘要 化工废物对环境具有较大的污染,为了提高化工污染的治理效果,针对不同的污染物质,进行化工污染治理工艺研究,提出一种基于蒸汽脱酚技术的化工污染治理工艺优化方法。针对含酚和含环烷酸的工业废水进行污染分离处理,结合物理吸附、化学吸附、氧化、催化氧化等方法,进行化工污染废水的分离处理,采用冲洗混合、中和调节方法进行厌氧分离,建立化工污染废水的分子动力学模型,利用钯配合物/手性磷酸催化剂方法进行污染物质的厌氧反应,再接触氧化池提取目标产物的污染衍生物,实现化工污染治理的化工技术优化设计。 Chemical waste has great pollution to the environment. In order to improve the control effect of chemical pollution, the chemical pollution treatment technology is studied according to different pollutants. An optimization method of chemical pollution control based on steam dephenol technology is proposed. The industrial wastewater containing phenol and naphthenic acid was separated and treated by physical adsorption, chemical adsorption, oxidation and catalytic oxidation. The neutralization method was used for anaerobic separation, and the molecular dynamics model of chemical polluted wastewater was established. The palladium complex/chiral phosphoric acid catalyst was used to carry out anaerobic reaction of pollutants, and the contaminated derivatives of the target product were extracted in the contact oxidation tank. The chemical industry pollution the chemical technical optimization design is realized.
